Environment Legal and Permit Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Monitoring and reporting compliance of existing AMDAL
• Communicate and remain others section if any follow up action of non conformance AMDAL
• Preparation for renewal environment permit
• Involve for compliance ISO 14000 & PROPER (Environment performance assessment by government) requirement
• Ensure that all environment activity comply with government regulation
• Review and update environment Government Regulation
• Environmental legal and regulatory response
• Implement regularly audit environment management system
• Reporting related to environmental aspect performance to government
• Involve to develop ESDD (Environment Social Due Dilegent) report for lender
• Keep good communication and relationship with government environment officer
• Maintain letter in/ out from/ to environment office

Job Requirments

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Science/Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Natural Resources Management, Industrial Engineering.
• Has >5 years working experience in similar position at Petrochemical Plant or Oil & Gas refinary
• Has good english comunication skill both oral and writting
• Good analitical thinking skills, Problem solving skill with focus on issue resolution
• Has good personality and attitude
• Has good willingness for self development
