Field Operator AWH

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Trains all environmental regulations, requirements and guidelines including; follows and adheres to all guidelines, regulations, and requirements.

• Abides by all safety procedures and practices applicable to location and position; participates in appropriate safety training.
• Enforces plant safety policies; maintains safe work environment; ensures all safety regulations, laws, Company practices, etc. are followed; ensures permit compliance.
• Performs other duties assigned by management that fall within the generally expected scope of this position.
• Implement management instructions on the following:
  • Record and track inventory movements using the inventory management system.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect incoming goods to verify correct quantity and quality, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Organize inventory storage areas, ensuring items are properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Manage inbound and outbond support materials.
  • Maintain packaging material, equipment and asset list and conduct verification regularly.
  • Work with team members for efficient material handling.
  • Checks and records in the logsheet plant twice a day various readings of inventory.
  • Conduct plant troubleshooting and manage day to day production activities.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

• Min. Diploma 3 or Bachelor's Degree from reputable University (Engineering will advantages).
• Min. 2 years or Max. 3 years operation experience in inventory, warehouse, logistics and supply chain from Petrochemicals industries.
• Good computer skills (Spread sheet,, Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
• Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability.
• Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.
• Experience using inventory management systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) is advantages.
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
