Job Responsibility 

  1. Maintain and manage registration of PKWT to Manpower Office
  2. Maintain all document related with outsourcing management and compliance
  3. Coordinate with Third Party such as Manpower Office, Labor Union
  4. Responsible in manage all employee grievance
  5. Support employee offboarding process include maintain reporting and exit interview record.
  6. Collect engagement survey
  7. Bipartit resolution
  8. Monitoring Norma Ketenagakerjaan 

 

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or Management
  2. Minimum two years of working experience in the related field with the same position
  3. Knowledge in Labor Law, outsourcing management, dispute management, good communication and negotiation skill
  4. Able to operate Microsoft Office
  5. Fluent in English
