Job Responsibility
- Maintain and manage registration of PKWT to Manpower Office
- Maintain all document related with outsourcing management and compliance
- Coordinate with Third Party such as Manpower Office, Labor Union
- Responsible in manage all employee grievance
- Support employee offboarding process include maintain reporting and exit interview record.
- Collect engagement survey
- Bipartit resolution
- Monitoring Norma Ketenagakerjaan
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Law or Management
- Minimum two years of working experience in the related field with the same position
- Knowledge in Labor Law, outsourcing management, dispute management, good communication and negotiation skill
- Able to operate Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English
