Maintenance Planning Engineer

 Job Description :

• Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders
• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level
• Manage spare parts and alignment between the maintenance team and material warehouse
• Ensure availability spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary
• Calculate and prepare resouced requirements (labor and spare parts) for maintenance and project activites
• Maintain records and files essential to maintenance management
• Coordinate with maintenance staff, contractors, and external vendors
• Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
• Coordinate with other departments to streamline operations and facilitate effective communication such as with the Procurement team for job estimates and the realization of spare part deliveries in alignment with work orders, collaborate with the Material Warehouse team for spare part, providing and attaching damage tagging to the spare parts to be sent
• Conduct spare part physical stock count including stock updates and share to the management
• Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the SAP computerized maintenance management system (SAP - CMMS)
• Create procedural manuals that explain tasks list in the work orders
• Train employees on how to use the SAP - CMMS
• Coordinate other department (team) regarding permit to work, maintenance activities and shutdown plan
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Ensure proper documentation, recording, and reporting of all maintenance processes according to the established procedures
• Perform other tasks as directed by a superior
• Ensure health and safety policies are comply

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in engineering (preferably from Mechanical Engineering), maintenance management, or a related field with min. 5 years experience background in Petrochemical/ Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant industry
• Proven experience in maintenance planning or a similar role
• Understanding of engineering document such as PID, PFD, Isometric Drawing, GA drawing, etc.
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS, MRP systems and planning tools (Ms. Project, Primavera P6, etc.)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point
• Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
