OH & Safety Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Perform  OH & Safety site job risk assessment
• Ensure and control the quality of JSA which issue by job executor
• Evaluate and approve and sign work permit system for high risk job
• Involve and control implementation CSMS especially pre work activities, work in progress & Final evaluation
• Assurance compliance work permit system
• Implementation campaign and promotion OHS program
• Perform to Implement and report OHS audit and site Job Safety Observation
• Control follow up action of finding items observation or audit
• Control compliance wearing PPE of worker in the site
• Monitoring that all accident incident reported as procedure
• Manage and control Lifting safety management at site
• Manage and control implementation Road safety management at site
• Manage and control implementation working at high, hot work job, Confine Space Job and scaffolding job
• Implement & perform OHS Training  related safety in the workplace and Safety Induction
• involve to implement safety proactive program to prevent accident (JSA, JSO, ASA, Grievence, etc.)
• Involve and support OHS accident investigation at workplace and developing the report
• Record, monitor, and analyze Safety violation, Injury, unsafe act, unsafe condition and Hazard statistics
• Involve and enhace  emergency response practice

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, OHS or related dicipline HSE
• Has > 8 years working experience in HSE at Petrochemical Plant , chemical plant, Oil & gas Refinary
• Preferred certified SMK3, Ahli K3 Umum
• Preferred Certified Incident Investigation and confine space training
• Excellent english communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficient knowledge of relevant laws, policies, and procedures.
• Experienced & Capable as HSE Trainer
• Has good personallity and attitude
