AWH (Automatic Warehouse) Jr. Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily running performance and consumable material ensure all packaging material quality is within standard specification.
• Investigate mismatched Product and material inventory and Monitor FIFO compliance on-system
• Monitor pallet release to staging/loading area, and maintain and ensure ISO integrated compliance
• Ensure loading sequence accuracy and support troubleshooting during shipment problems
• Update and maintain OPEX monitoring reports, Track actual cost usage versus budget allocation
• Trouble shooting assistance including abnormalities report and investigation, support technical engineering activities, and evaluation of spare parts usage
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, equipment reliability, and cost control.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment policy and procedure.
• Prepare equipment checklists, error logs, and daily reports.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree from any Engineering majors (Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/etc.) or relevant major from reputable university
• Have min 2 and Max. 4 years of experiences in relevant position in manufacturing, petrochemical, polymer plant, or warehouse automation
• Candidate with automation / PLC training certification is preferred
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
• Have good understanding of bagging machine operation and conveyor system
• Have good understanding of ASRS basic logic and inventory and warehouse logic
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
• Good integrity, initiatives, and team work ability.
• Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.
• Will be placed in Cilegon.
