AWH Daily Operator

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operational Execution
  • Monitor, maintain records of all equipment inventory and orders replacement parts
  • Perform routine checks to ensure machinery operates at optimal levels
  • Manage inbound, outbond and update incoming support materials
  • Ensure receiving and issue material as per standard including GR Creation
  • Conduct stock take periodically for support materials
• Safety & Regulatory Compliance
  • Follow all safety Policy and procedures, use required PPE, and maintain safe operation around moving equipment and automated systems as per HSE regulation.
  • Conduct regular housekeeping (5S) around bagging house, conveyor, and ASRS areas to keep the workplace clean and organized.
  • Report unsafe conditions, near misses, or equipment hazards immediately to the supervisor.
• Field Coordination
  • Collaborate with bagging operational teams to control packaging usage according to shcedule.
  • Record and report daily of receive and issue of support materials.
• Equipment and Maintenance Support
  
  • Perform daily machine inspections before and after operation, and report any abnormalities or alarms to Engineer and maintenance.
  • Support preventive maintenance by cleaning sensors, conveyors, and mechanical parts as scheduled.

JOB REQUIRMENTS

• Min. Diploma 3 from Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics or relevant majors from reputable university with minimum 2 years experience in bagging machines, conveyors, automated warehouse (ASRS) systems and inventory control
• SMK graduated with min. 4 years of experiences is welcome to apply.
• Experience in PP, pellet, or bulk handling is an advantage
• Basic knowledge in Bagging, ASRS & Conveyor System  and Inventory Control Operation
• Knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, Product/material location concept, and basic stock movement flow
• Familiar with daily reporting (Ms. Office is a must)
• Good integrity, initiatives and team work ability
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
