Job Description

• Understanding end-to-end recruitment workflow and candidates journey
• Assist candidate screening, sourcing, and selection process
• Assist preparation of recruitment content / campus activity
• Assist in employer branding project
• Support talent pool  or recruitment campaign coordination
• Support onboarding preparation and orientation
• Support recruitment documentation

Job Requirements

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology from a reputable university
• Proficient in Ms. Excel and PowerPoint, and familiar with other creative or interactive media tools
• High creativity, able to handle multitasking, and demonstrate strong learning agility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good English proficiency, both oral and written
• Experience in creating creative content or participating in projects that require creativity is preferred
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and HR administration
