Auto Warehouse Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and Improve daily operation performance of ASRS, conveyors, bagging machines, palletizers, loading Process and ensure all packaging quality and material within standard.
• Track cycle times, throughput, downtime, error trends and reduce rework or wastage
• Identify performance gaps and propose engineering improvements
• Improve inventory accuracy through system tuning & audit
• Lead troubleshooting and resolution for major alarms , breakdowns, and system failures.
• Conduct RCA and prepare engineering Preventive and corrective actions during breakdowns or Loading and shipment issue.
• Standardize engineering and proses procedures & checklists.
• Ensure the escalation of critical issues to vendors or third party when necessary.
• Prepare engineering study, risk analysis, design review, and implementation plans.
• Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment policy and procedure.
• Coordinate with Related Departments, Vendor and Third party

Job Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering major (Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical / Industrial / any related major) from reputable university
• Has +5 years working experience of warehouse automation in Manufacturing / Petrochemical / Chemical Industry or refinary
• Proficient knowledge of Bagging and Autowarehouse (ASRS) operation system
• Understanding HMI basic operation
• Knowledge of safety standards & LOTO procedure
• Excellent SAP/WMS/WCS System familiarity
• Great communication and planning skills
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English
• Preferrably have safety training and/or automation/PLC training certification
• Willing to work in Cilegon
