Job Responsibility 

  • Support and make sure the implementation of employee benefit run smoothly
    (Medical Assistance, Personal Accident Insurance and others employee benefit)
  • Support for Payroll Process in order to smooth payroll
  • Support for Audit & Compliance in line with HR Policy
  • Implementing HR Administration 

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with min. 5 years of experience in related field
  • Understand about regulation related health and welfare that issued by government
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication (Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
