Job Responsibility
- Support and make sure the implementation of employee benefit run smoothly
(Medical Assistance, Personal Accident Insurance and others employee benefit) - Support for Payroll Process in order to smooth payroll
- Support for Audit & Compliance in line with HR Policy
- Implementing HR Administration
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with min. 5 years of experience in related field
- Understand about regulation related health and welfare that issued by government
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication (Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
