Job Responsibility 

  • Oversee the implementation of employee benefits to ensure smooth and effective administration (including Medical Assistance, Personal Accident Insurance, and other employee benefit programs)

  • Ensure and supervise the payroll process to guarantee timely and accurate payroll execution, including PPh 21 tax calculation and compliance

  • Ensure HR audit readiness and compliance in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations

  • Implement and supervise overall HR administration activities to ensure operational efficiency

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree with min. 7 years of experience in related field
  • Understand about regulation related health and welfare that issued by government
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication (Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
