Job Responsibility

Oversee the implementation of employee benefits to ensure smooth and effective administration (including Medical Assistance, Personal Accident Insurance, and other employee benefit programs)

Ensure and supervise the payroll process to guarantee timely and accurate payroll execution, including PPh 21 tax calculation and compliance

Ensure HR audit readiness and compliance in alignment with company policies and applicable regulations

Implement and supervise overall HR administration activities to ensure operational efficiency
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with min. 7 years of experience in related field
- Understand about regulation related health and welfare that issued by government
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment with strong problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication (Bahasa & English) and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
