Customs Clearance Specialist (PPJK)

Job Responsibilities

• Support and liaise with Customs Agents & authorities for customs clearance process.
• Maintain and monitor import material delivery schedule.
• Collect and verify shipping documents for import and customs clearance process.
• Collect, record and maintain all import documents and its attachments.
• Maintain and monitor Import Permits & Duty Facilities.
• Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams for smooth import operations.
• Assist in forecasting for import schedules and material needs.
• Engage in continuous improvement for import processes.
• Support Procurement tasks

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Min. 4+ years in import customs clearance, preferably in petrochemicals or forwarder company
• Has a PPJK license.
• Knowledge of customs regulations, import procedures, and basic procurement
• ERP (SAP experience preferred)
• Procurement experience preferred
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (written and conversation)
• Willingness to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
