JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage & control job activity Environment Planning Section and deliver achievement of the Environment Target
- Develop, Creat, Review, update Environment work procedure & standard Document including ISO 14001 & PROPER
- Oversee Environment daily activities of Environment planning team members to achieve Environment KPI.
- Ensure that industrial/Plant operations are in compliance with Environment Government Regulations, ISO 14001, RKL-RPL and PROPER requirement.
- Manage, response to inquiries and concerns from external/internal auditor, Government, NGO related to implementation Environment management system at LCI by verbal and official
- Responsible for conducting regular Environment risk assessments (aspect & Impact) together with site team.
- Generate Environment activity reports and maintain Environment permits as per Government regulations.
- Work with team to develop effective Environment strategies to prevent Environment accident /damage.
- Review and recommend improvements to existing Environment strategies and Target.
- Investigate Environment accidents and develop action plans & prevention of recurrence.
- Review and application of efficient advanced technologies to environment accident prevention.
- Perform RKL-RPL assesment and monitoring regularly and prepare assessment reports to management and Government.
- Stay updated with Environment trends and legislations.
- Lead & coordinate regular Environmental & Social monitoring from lender consultant
- Provide Environment job trainings and assistance to team members when needed.
- Not only the above work, but also the work related to the HSE activity and HSE Performance achievement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree in Environment Engineering or major related to Environment engineering.
- At least 12 Years of experiences in Safety & Health Management in Oil refinary, Petrochemical or Chemical industries.
- A genuine interest in and understanding of environmental issues, relevant legislation, and renewable energy sources.
- Has good english communication skills both verbal & writting.
- The ability to inspire and influence others.
- Has good personality and leadership capability
- Willing work to be placed at Merak Plant Site (Cilegon).
