Environment Site Engineer

Job Description:

• Regularly conduct field inspections, observations, and internal audits to proactively identify non-conformities, potential risks, and deviations from procedures/regulations.
• Ensure all environmental monitoring data (air, water, waste) is collected, analyzed, and used to complete the mandatory RKL-RPL reports for submission to management and government agencies
• Investigate Environment accidents and develop action plans for prevention of recurrence
• Involve for conducting regular Environment risk assessments (aspect & Impact):
• Maintain the integrity and readiness of all environmental emergency equipment (e.g., spill kits, fire suppression related to environmental risks).
• Ensure environmental emergency response team members are adequately trained and qualified to respond effectively to environmental incidents.
• Consolidate reports from various environmental streams (Air, Water, Waste, Permits) into comprehensive overall site environmental performance reports.
• Involve to encourage plant people to comply HSE regulation and ensure that all site plant activity meet HSE standard procedure & requirement.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant major
• Have 5+ years of working experience in Petrochemical/chemical plant, power plant, or refinary.
• Proficient knowledge and have working experience in environmental incident investigation
• Proficient knowledge in site inspection and non-conformance identification
• Have good English communication skill both writing and speaking.
• Good interpersonal skills.
