IT Business System Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer ERP, HRIS, Groupware and Homepage platforms, ensuring system stability, accuracy, and security.
• Coordinate business process analysis and improvement projects, aligning technology solutions with company objectives.
• Develop and maintain data integration between ERP, HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
• Implement and monitor ITGC policies to ensure compliance with corporate audit and control standards.
• Collaborate with business units to define functional requirements and oversee system enhancements or upgrades.
• Lead AI/ML development initiatives, from data preparation to model training and deployment for operational and business insights.
• Support reporting and analytics initiatives using Power BI or similar visualization tools.
• Provide user training and technical documentation for system updates and new features.
• Work closely with internal and external auditors to maintain IT compliance and governance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience managing ERP SAP / HRIS Successfactors platforms in petrochemical company.
• Exposure to AI/ML projects and predictive analytics tools.
• Familiar with Python, SQL, Power BI, or similar analytics tools.
• Familiar with ITGC frameworks and audit processes.
• Understanding of data governance, cybersecurity, and IT compliance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical thinker with a structured problem-solving approach.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
