IT/OT System Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Legacy System (MES, LIMS, WMS), Facility Portal (AVEVA AIM, E3D, Spiral, DR), and Honeywell RTDB systems for real-time production data collection and analysis.
• Manage data interfaces and integrations to enterprise applications.
• Ensure high system availability, redundancy, and performance optimization for OT environments.
• Administer and support AVEVA AIM and E3D platforms used for engineering and asset information management.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system or communication issues.
• Manage IT infrastructure (servers, storage, network, backup, virtualization) within the production environment.
• Oversee IT asset management, including hardware lifecycle, software licenses, and system inventories.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures for both IT and OT environments.
• Collaborate with technical and process control teams to enhance system functionality.
• Prepare system documentation, SOPs, and maintenance records for audit and compliance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Information Technology, Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering, or related field).
• Minimum 6 years’ experience with MES, historian, or industrial data management systems in petrochemical or manufacturing plants.
• Expertise in MES, AVEVA AIM, AVEVA E3D, Drawing 2D and Honeywell RTDB (PHD).
• Knowledge of industrial protocols such as OPC/UA, Modbus, and MQTT.
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V) and Windows Server management.
• Familiar with backup/recovery systems, cybersecurity tools, and disaster recovery plans.
• Understanding of cloud integration and edge computing in OT environments.
• Strong teamwork and communication across IT and operations departments.
