JOB DESCRIPTION : 

  • Install, configure, and commission process analyzers and related equipment.
  • Perform routine and preventive maintenance of gas and liquid analyzers (e.g., GC, CEMS, SPARING, pH, conductivity, O2, CO, NOx, SO2, TOC, etc.).
  • Calibrate and adjust analyzers to ensure accuracy and reliability of measurement.
  • Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot for Analyzer shelter safety system.
  • Troubleshoot faults in analyzer systems and perform corrective actions.
  • Maintain documentation of maintenance activities, calibration certificates, and test results.
  • Work closely with operations, electrical, and instrumentation teams to support continuous plant operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
  • Assist in the development of maintenance procedures and schedules for analytical equipment.
  • Support plant audits and inspections by regulatory authorities or internal teams.
  • Requisition necessary spare parts, tools, and consumables analyzer.
  • Operate shop cranes, trucks, forklifts, lifting handling device, shop machinery and related tools 
  • Instruct and lead fresh technician in training.
  • Supervise subcontructor work related maintenance work.
  • Willing to work in a shifting schedule or on call at night in case emergency.
  • Follow manager/leader instructions

 

 

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Associate Degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in analyzer maintenance, preferably in process industries.
  • Knowledge of analytical instrumentation principles and technologies (e.g., spectroscopy, electrochemical sensors, chromatography).
  • Familiarity with DCS, PLC, and SCADA interfaces with analyzers.
  • Ability to read P&IDs, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
  • Experience with Gas Chromatograph (Maxum II), Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS), SPARING, NIR, ect.
  • Training or certification from analyzer OEMs (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Emerson, Yokogawa, Thermo Fisher).
  • Understanding of ISO standards and environmental compliance (e.g., EPA, OSHA).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Willing to work shifts
  • Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
