Instrument Technician - Freshgraduate

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Assist in installing and commissioning instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, meters, and analyzers.
• Support routine maintenance and calibration activities to ensure instrument accuracy.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues with guidance from senior technicians.
• Maintain records of maintenance, calibration, and repair activities.
• Learn to read and interpret basic technical drawings, P&IDs, and wiring diagrams.
• Follow safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Participate in training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to support plant operations.
• Willing to work in a shifting schedule or on call at night in case emergency.
• Follow manager/leader instructions

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate with minimum Diploma 3 in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field from reputable university.
• Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences  in instrumentation or a related area (internships or apprenticeships may be considered) are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of instrumentation and control principles.
• Experience in maintenance of the bagging system and automated warehouse is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Hands-on experience with common instruments during training or internships.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.
• Eagerness to pursue further certifications or training in instrumentation.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willing to work shifts
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
