Jetty Daily Operator

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Conduct routine checks on pipelines, valves, fenders, gangways, loading arms, and safety equipment to ensure readiness and proper condition.
• Observe and record equipment status, identify abnormalities (leaks, corrosion, loose fittings), and report issues promptly.
• Assist with preparations for vessel berthing, verify equipment availability, and ensure jetty readiness before operations.
• Provide support for Jetty operations as required.
• Log inspection results, equipment readings, housekeeping activities, and maintenance observations in daily checklists.
• Keep the jetty clean and free from obstruction, including clearing debris, maintaining walkways, and ensuring spill control materials are in place.
• Help in scheduled maintenance tasks, inspections, and testing of firefighting systems, valves, and jetty accessories.
• Ensure all operation follow safety standards as per HSE regulation.
• Prepare operation reports, logbooks, and checklists accurately.

Job Requirements

• Min. SMK / D3 (Marine Academy or equivalent from reputable University) with min. 4 years operation experience as a Operator related to Petrochemicals industries.
• Has experience in Marine Terminal and Jetty Operations
• Has knowledge of jetty operations and understanding of safety regulations
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc),
• Good integrity, initiative, and teamwork ability.
• Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime.
