Jr. Jetty Engineer (Freshgraduate)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring vessel berthing, mooring, loading, and unloading activities.
• Help ensure that jetty operations follow SOPs, safety standards, and marine guidelines.
• Support the preparation and alignment of valves, hoses, and loading arms before and after cargo transfer.
• Assist in monitoring operational parameters during loading/unloading.
• Conduct routine inspections of jetty pipelines, valves, loading arms, hoses, gangways, and safety systems.
• Report abnormalities, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to the Senior Jetty Engineer.
• Assist in planning and coordinating minor maintenance tasks on jetty equipment.
• Follow up on maintenance requests and support troubleshooting.
• Comply with all HSE policy and procedure

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree (Naval Architecture, Marine Academy, Marine Engineering, or equivalent) Fresh Graduates, required from reputable University.
• Fresh graduate or Max 2 years’ operation experience as a process engineer related to Petrochemicals industries are welcome to apply.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc), maintenance various email and internet programs and applications, and other software and databases generally seen in a plant environment.
• Understanding of vessel berthing/unberthing processes and mooring operations.
• Familiarity with loading and unloading operations for gas, chemical products.
• Fluent in English (both written & spoken).
• Good integrity, initiatives, and team work ability.
• Have motivation to learn and willing to work under pressure, overtime, or shift if needed
