Jr. Rotating Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Reviewing data sheet, drawings, P&ID for rotating equipment and development of the maintenance procedure.
• Prepares works and executes supervision during overhaul of critical rotating equipment. This includes the definition of the technical specifications, the assessment of technical offers and provision of advice as necessary.
• Troubleshoots and examines equipment/systems performance in order to enhance their maintainability and reliability for operation.
• Advise on spare part replacement, modifications or refurbishment needs during major maintenance works to optimize equipment lifetime duration.
• Reviews requirements for spare parts including preservation aspects, determines stock levels.
• Ensure the timely and accurate completion of preventive/periodical maintenance activities.
• Conducts bench marking and proposes measures to improve reliability and availability of critical rotating equipment and minimize failure rate.
• Carries out and coordinates the condition monitoring of critical rotating equipment using vibration and lubrication analysis.
• Maintain history of equipment and report on daily activities. 

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor Degree (Mechanical Engineering or equivalent) required from reputable University.
• Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences in Oil & Gas, Power Plant, Petrochemical and Chemical Industries are welcome to apply
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc)
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon).
