Job Responsibilities

  • Preparing monthly ATK (office supply) requests for the department and submitting them to the GA team.
  • Monitoring usage of printer ink and solar vouchers, and submitting requests to GA when supplies are depleted.
  • Preparing PR for departmental needs and submitting them to the procurement team.
  • Receiving PR items delivered and distributing them to each section.
  • Assisting in distributing new uniforms, birthday gifts, vouchers, etc. from HR/GA
  • Preparing PPE requests for new expatriates, coordinating with the PPE PIC, preparing request forms, picking up and handing over required PPE.
  • Compiling and checking daily reports from other sections.
  • Storing and archiving completed monthly reports in hard copy signed by the President Director.
  • Collecting signature forms when needed, such as for new uniform distribution, vouchers, etc.
  • Storing PR or request documents and preparing MIR when needed.
  • Updating the number of employees in each section.
  • Translating reports or emails related to section tasks within the department.
  • Translating information from related departments and conveying it to expatriates.
  • Supporting interpretation daily morning meetings between sections.
  • Supporting interpretation during section meetings within the department.
  • Interpreting during vendor visits or business trips.
  • Supporting interpretation during internal or external training sessions.
  • Interpreting during hospital visits for registration, doctor consultations, and work related matters.
  • Interpreting when there are banking issues at specific bank branches.
  • Interpreting and accompanying expatriates when visiting employees’ families for condolences.
  • Communicating meeting discussion results and informing the entire team.
  • Preparing schedules for events such as breaking fast gatherings, team building activities, etc.
  • Preparing accommodation requests for local employees.
  • Tasks assigned by the superior, either directly or indirectly, as required by organizational needs.

Job Requirements

  • Min. Associate Degree (Diploma-3) of Korean Language or Administration or any relevant from reputable university with min. 2.5 years of relevant experience background in Korean Company
  • High School graduate or equivalent with > 5 years’ experience background in Korean Manufacturing Company can be considered
  • Good in document management and detail oriented.
  • Having experience on translating korean documents will be advantages.
  • Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
  • Fluent in English and Korean Language
  • Willing to work in Cilegon.
