Maintenance Civil Engineer

Job Description :

• Lead and supervise the civil engineering team and be able to coordinate with various disciplines, including mechanical, civil, electrical, and instrumentation functions.
• Ensure Maintenance Planning section to follow and align with company objectives, KPI targets, and competency development programs.
• Evaluate and review overtime requests from supervisors and technicians before submission for managerial approval.
• Provide initial approval for overtime requests in accordance with operational necessity and manpower efficiency.
• Develop and manage detailed manpower roster schedules for maintenance planning personnel based on operational requirements and workload distribution.
• Coordinate with supervisors and technician to ensure adequate manpower availability for maintenance execution.
• Perform inspections, structural assessments, and site surveys.
• Responsible to monitor and follow up condition of concrete, steel structure, roofing, drainage, and others related civil part.
• Conduct structural inspection and rehabilitation planning.
• Ensure work meets SNI, ACI, or relevant standards.
• Prepare and valiate civil maintenance reports and recommendations.
• Convert notifications into work orders with complete job details.
• Create, review, and close work orders with proper coding.
• Conduct failure analysis and performance trending.
• Prepare job plans, drawings, BOQ, and technical requirements.
• Provide job duration, sequence, and resource requirements.
• Ensure accurate SAP data entry, job status updates, and equipment history.
• Supervise civil contractor execution quality.
• Validate contractor proposals, materials, and methods.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in engineering (preferably from Civil Engineering) from reputable university with min. 5 years experience background as Civil Engineer or Civil Supervisor in Construction/ Petrochemical/ Chemical/ Oil & Gas/ Power Plant industry
• Proven experience in Civil Engineering or a similar role
• Understanding of engineering knowledge such as Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Instrument system and Basic Structural Calculation. 
• Familiarity with SAP CMMS, MRP systems and Civil Standard (SNI, ACI, ASTM, and others relevant standard)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point
• Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
