Maintenance Civil Inspector - FG

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

• Assist in installing and commissioning instrumentation equipment such as sensors, transmitters, meters, and analyzers.
• Conduct routine inspections of civil structures including buildings, foundations, roads, drainage systems, concrete structures, and structural steel.
• Perform site survey to identify request or abnormalities and prepare inspection reports including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare simple CAD drawings or sketches.
• Identify materials required for civil work.
• Support civil engineer in preparing BOQ and job details.
• Ensure all civil works comply with HSE procedures, permit systems, and safety regulations.
• Supervise civil maintenance works performed by contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Verify that civil maintenance works are executed according to approved drawings, methode, scope, and standards.
• Perform stock opname of material, method, and quality work check prior completion work or handover.
• Maintain records of inspection reports, photos, technical findings, and maintenance history.
• Create notifications, update work orders, record inspection findings, and track maintenance activities in SAP CMMS.
• Ensure accurate data entry, job status updates, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with maintenance planning, operations, and contractors regarding maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor work progress and report any deviations from standards
• Perform civil inspection activities during plant shutdowns and turnaround programs (TAM).

Job Requirements

• Fresh graduate with minimum Diploma 3 in Civil Engineering from reputable university.
• Candidates with maximum 2 years experiences  in Construction/Civil Project/Civil Maintenance are welcome to apply.
• Basic understanding of Civil Engineering Standards (such as SNI, ACI, ASTM, and other relevant standards).
• Have Knowledge of inspection techniques for civil and structural assets. Basic understanding in CAD/sketching.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Familiarity with safety standards and practices in an industrial environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Willing to work shifts
• Willing to be located in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
