Maintenance Civil Senior Inspector

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced inspections of civil structures including buildings, foundations, roads, drainage systems, concrete structures, and structural steel.
• Perform site survey to identify request or abnormalities and prepare inspection reports including recommendations for corrective actions.
• Prepare simple CAD drawings or sketches.
• Identify materials required for civil work.
• Support civil engineer in preparing BOQ and job details.
• Ensure all civil works comply with HSE procedures, permit systems, and safety regulations.
• Supervise civil maintenance works performed by contractors to ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards.
• Verify that civil maintenance works are executed according to approved drawings, methode, scope, and standards.
• Perform stock opname of material, method, and quality work check prior completion work or handover.
• Maintain records of inspection reports, photos, technical findings, and maintenance history.
• Create notifications, update work orders, record inspection findings, and track maintenance activities in SAP CMMS.
• Ensure accurate data entry, job status updates, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with maintenance planning, operations, and contractors regarding maintenance activities.
• Monitor contractor work progress and report any deviations from standards.
• Promote and implement HSE Regulation such as SMK3 (OHS Management System) and SML (Environmental Management System) in daily work practice. Perform civil inspection activities during plant shutdowns and turnaround programs (TAM).
• Provide input regarding contractor performance and work quality.
• Provide recommendations to improve civil maintenance strategies and asset reliability.
• Tasks assigned by the superior, either directly or indirectly, as required by organizational needs.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Min. Associate Degree (Diploma-3) of Civil Engineering from reputable university with min. 5 years of experience background in Civil Project/Construction/Maintenance
• Preferable experience with SAP CMMS
• Having experience on Turnaround (TAM) for Civil Work will be advantages.
• Understanding Civil Engineering Standard (SNI, ACI, ASTM, etc.)
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Fluent in English
• Willing to work in Cilegon.
