 Job Description :

  • Create maintenance schedules and generate work orders.
  • Develop and optimize maintenance strategies (preventive, predictive, corrective) by analyzing equipment history, reliability data, and operational requirements.
  • Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
  • Coordinate long-term and short-term maintenance schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with production goals.
  • Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and operations teams to synchronize planning with material and resource availability.
  • Lead the planning and preparation of shutdowns and turnarounds, covering manpower, spare parts, civil works, and contractor management.
  • Prepare and review BOQ, cost estimates, work scopes, and contract documents.
  • Ensure documentation and regulatory compliance, including permits, engineering approvals, and contractor certifications.
  • Review contractor performance and conduct technical evaluations, ensuring quality and timely completion of outsourced works.
  • Promote continuous improvement in planning methods, field supervision, and heavy equipment utilization.
  • Generate detailed reports and KPIs (maintenance cost, backlog, compliance rate, civil project performance) for management decision-making.
  • Serve as a liaison between maintenance and operations
  • Ensure compliance with company SOPs, ISO standards, and government regulations in maintenance planning.
  • Manage work orders, documentation, and assets within the SAP computerized maintenance management system (SAP - CMMS).
  • Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to maintenance planning activities, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and compliance with ISO and company standards.
  • Prepare, review, and implement SAP CMMS manuals and guidelines, ensuring system documentation is updated to reflect improvements, new processes, and operational changes.
  • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance.
  • Ensure proper documentation, recording, and reporting of all maintenance processes according to the established procedures.
  • Perform other tasks as directed by a superior.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are comply.

 

 

Requirements :

  • Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Engineering (preferably from Mechanical Engineering), maintenance management, or a related field with min. 7 years experiences background in Petrochemical/ Chemical plant/ Oil & Gas Plant/ Power Plant industry
  • Strong knowledge of SAP PM/CMMS and project planning tools (Primavera/MS Project).
  • Familiarity with SOP development, lifting operations, rigging plans, civil standards (SNI), and permit-to-work systems.
  • Experience in supervising contractors and multidisciplinary teams in industrial or petrochemical environments.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex projects.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of ISO, HSE, and Indonesian government regulations related to maintenance and heavy equipment activities.
  • Ability to perform risk assessment, evaluate lifting/civil hazards, and implement effective control measures.
  • Understanding of engineering document such as PID, PFD, Isometric Drawing, GA drawing, etc.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Ms. Excel and Ms. Power point
  • Willing to be placed in Merak Plant (Cilegon)
