Material Management Sr. Engineer

Job Description:

• Supervise daily warehouse oprations, inc.oversee receiving, inspection, storage, preservation, picking, staging, and issuing of materials
• Monitor stock transactions, perform cycle counts, and ensure SAP/ERP data accuracy
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering to prepare and issue materials for work orders, shutdowns, and routine activities
• Assign tasks, supervise warehouse technicians/storekeepers, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to procedures
• Implement proper handling of hazardous materials, ensure MSDS availability, and maintain safe working conditions
• Ensure correct preservation methods for sensitive equipment and maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse
• Monitor stock levels, verify reorder needs, and escalate procurement requirements
• Ensure accurate posting of goods receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
• Enforce Health, Safety, and Environment compliance

Job Requirements:

• Min. bachelor degree in all engineering major from reputable university
• Has >7  years of working experience in Petrochemical /chemical Industry or oil and gas
• Proficient knowledge of material inventory, SAP or ERP system, warehouse operation, and regulatory compliance
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and able to plan activities, organizing and do prioritization
• Ability to work effectively in internal and across functions.
• Consistend demonstration of ethical behavior, professionalism, company values, and role-model.
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon.
