NC COLD Jr. Engineer (Fresh Graduate)

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor daily plant performance (Production rate, quality yield, energy and chemical usage)
• Analyze data trends for key equipment  Big 3 compressors, cold box, distillation tower, dryers, reactor etc
• Provide technical support during plant upsets, equipment trips, distillation column abnormalities etc
• Conduct root-cause analysis and make trouble report
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly plant performance reports
• Analyze deviations from production plan and propose corrective measures
• Participate in HAZOP, JSA, Risk Assessment and PSM (Process Safety Management)
• Fully support and comply with company HSE policies

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
• Fresh graduate or having max. 2 years of experiences in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry are welcome to apply
• Has basic knowledge and understanding in NC Plant fundamental process and technologies
• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Willing to be placed in Merak (Cilegon)
