NC HOT/UT Jr. Engineer

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor key process parameters and equipment performance trends in Furnace system, Quench system, Fuel system, etc.
• Support troubleshooting efforts for operational issues by analyzing data and providing preliminary findings to senior engineers.
• Conduct field verification with operators to confirm abnormal condition.
• Collect, validate, and analyze operational data for daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Prepare technical reports such as downtime analysis, incident summaries, equipment performance reports, and process deviation finding
• Maintain engineering documentation, logs, and historical databases.
• Coordinate daily with production, maintenance, laboratory, and safety departments to support plant operation.
• Work with maintenance teams to review equipment performance and identify reliability issues.
• Follow production activities comply with company HSE policies, regulations, and industry standards.
• Participate in HAZOP, JSA, and safety reviews when required.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent from reputable university
• Fresh graduate or having max. 2 years of experiences in Petrochemical or Oil & Gas industry are welcome to apply
• Has basic knowledge and understanding in NC Plant fundamental process and technologies
• Fluent in English (both writing and speaking)
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Willing to be placed in Merak (Cilegon)
