Polymer Lab (QM) Engineer

Job Description

• Sample Analysis Method Preparation & Improvement:
  • Develop, review, and improve analysis methods to achieve high accuracy and precision.
  • Conduct method validation and troubleshooting when analysis issues occur.
  • Ensure all analytical methods comp|y with Quality Management  standards.
• Equipment and Instruments Maintaining:
  • Maintain all Polymer Lab equipment in good condition and ensure readiness  for daily operation.
  • Ensure timely execution of calibration schedules and maintain accurate calibration and maintenance  logs.
  • Perform minor troubleshooting and repairs independently, coordinate with Maintenance  Team or vendors for major repairs.
  • Conduct and review routine calibration, performance checks and equipment documentation.
• Consumable, Chemical, and Spare Part Control:
  • Monitor usage of chemicals, consumables and spare parts to ensure sufficient inventory.
  • Prepare Purchase Requisitions  (PR) for chemicals, consumables,  and spare parts needed for laboratory operations.
  • Conduct Technical Evaluation (TE) and support procurement  processes as required.
• System Management Implementation:
  • Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management)  ISO 14001 (Environmental Management), ISO 9001 (Quality Management) and Product Halal Policy.
  • Implement  relevant procedures and maintain required documentation.
• Real commitment towards Safety Management and its implementation, participate in related key activities/ program within the Company.
     

Job Requirement

• Min. Bachelor Degree major in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or relevant major from reputable university
• Experience in  Petrochemical Laboratory (Polymer) or relevant industries min 3 years
• Good knowledge in Polymer and testing Laboratory equipment, such as MI, APS, FTIR, Colorimeter, HDT, IV,UTM, Izod tester,NMR, Injection Molding Machine, Press Molding Machine, etc
• Understand Polimer properties and its application.
• Understand in handling and implementation management system as ISO 9000, 14001,SMK3, SJPH  or relevant             system.
• Familiar with data evaluation and reporting system.                 
• Familiar with SAP system.
• Good communication in English (both written and spoken)
• Willing to be placed in Cilegon
