Polymer Lab Engineer

Job Description

• Real commitment towards Safety Management and its implementation.
• Develop, review, and improve analysis methods to achieve high accuracy and precision.
• Conduct method validation and instrument troubleshooting.
• Ensure all analytical methods comp|y with Quality Management  standards.
• Maintain Lab equipment, Calibration and evaluated calibration result.
• Monitor usage of chemicals, consumables and spare parts and Issued Purchase Request.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 and SJPH.
• Prepared report as data requirement.

Job Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry/Chemical Engineering or any relevant major from reputable university
• Experienced more than 3 years in  Petrochemical Laboratory (Polymer)
• Good knowledge in Polymer and testing Laboratory equipment, such as MI, APS, FTIR, Colorimeter, HDT, IV,  UTM, Izod tester, NMR, Injection Molding Machine, Press Molding Machine, etc
• Understand Polymer properties and its application.
• Familiar with data evaluation and reporting system.
• Have strong knowledge of chemical analysis, calibration, and quality management system
• Familiar with SAP (System Application Product)
• Fluent in English.
