Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Sourcing for MRO : Develop sourcing strategies, collect RFQs, compare offers, and negotiate for MRO materials & services.                                                
  • Supplier Management : Evaluate, select, and monitor suppliers for mechanical, electrical, and general MRO categories.                                                            
  • Contract & Service Agreement Management : Lead negotiation and prepare service contracts, rate agreements, and engineering service terms.                       
  • Procurement Operations : Review PRs, issue POs, track deliveries, resolve discrepancies, and support maintenance.                                                            
  • HSE Standard and Compliance : Comply with all Health, Safety, and Environment policy and procedure.    
  • Coordination With Maintenance/Engineering : Align procurement with maintenance schedules, shutdown/turnaround needs, and urgent repair work.                               
  • Cost Analysis & Budget Support : Analyze cost trends, benchmark MRO pricing, and support budgeting for spare parts and services.                                                
  • Reporting & Documentation : Prepare reports (saving, PO status, vendor performance) and maintain up-to-date procurement records.                                                    
  • HSE Role Model : Role Model as Safety leadership in respecting Area                                                            
  • Implementation QHSE Management : Ensure implementation QHSE Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 & SMK3) in responsible area               
  • Control & Compliance : Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards (such as: SOP, ISO, Halal, K3, etc.)        

 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree from any discipline with minimum 3 years of experiences in procurement in global multinational company, Petrochemical or Chemical Company background will be an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of Procurement strategic sourcing skills to support the operation of petrochemical plant, especially on MRO, HSE, and General Procurement.
  • Good and effective communication skill.
  • Knowledge and Experience in SAP (ERP) and E- Procurement system.
  • CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) is an advantage.
  • Advanced in Ms. Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) including Outlook, Logistics of importing goods.
  • Exhibits high business ethics and principle-based behavior.
  • Basic knowledge about the petrochemical industry and process.
  • Able to speak multi languages, English is a must and ability to speak Korean language will be an advantage.
  • Willing to be placed in Merak Plant.
