Job Responsibilities
- Managed daily workflow, including scheduling and coordination, processing expatriate documentation, handling reimbursements (covering meals, hotel stays, and donations), tracking approvals, and coordinating with external parties as required.
- Maintain accurate financial records utilizing SAP and perform daily transactions including Petty Cash or Expense Reports.
- Manage all aspects of expatriate accommodation, ensuring smooth transitions and addressing housing needs.
- Manage corporate rate agreements with hotels, conduct Vendor Master Data compliance & make reservation.
- Execute corporate entertainment gifts for external parties, while actively maintaining souvenir stock control & inventory records.
- Gather data from All Divisions & Reporting Monthly Entertainment Expense to LCI Management
- Coordinate expatriate accommodation (e.g. sports activities, reservations, etc)
- POA & Daily Follow Up Approval
- Comply with all internal policies, procedures, and compliance standards (such as: SOP, ISO, Halal, K3, etc.)
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least min. Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree in Management, Administration, Communication, Secretarial Diploma, or any relevant major.
- At least has 3 Years working experience as Administrative tasks, secretarial duties, or any executive support relevant.
- Fluent in Korean (Spoken and Written) and English Proficiency is also a must,
- Possesses TOPIK certificate at least TOPIK I Level 2,
- Good in appearance, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Be ready to work under pressure, both individual and team,
- Honest, Discipline, and Hard-worker,
- Strong planning and organizational skills, bright, detail, dynamic and highly motivated and organized,
- Able to work for long hours,
- Possessing operating computer’s system skills, such as Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point & Internet,
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta
