Job Responsibility
- Managing implementation and operational employee training and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and competency improvement strategies.
- Conducts Training Need Analysis (TNA), manage, monitor and supervise all training programs to run smoothly.
- Liaise with Line Managers and discuss with all employees to identify and assess training and development needs
- Conduct training evaluations and provide appropriate recommendations for all training programs effectiveness
- Develop, supervise, monitor and provide report for plan vs actual (hours and participants)
- Design, prepare and develop training modules in collaboration with internal or external parties (vendor)
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
- Support in onboarding process (module, schedule and report) to run smoothly
- Analyze and provide recommendation to all teams for training and development needs
Job Requirements
- Minimum bachelor degree in any background (Magister Management in Human Resource is a plus)
- Proven experience as a training & development in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and or similar industry at least more than 5 years
- Certified Trainer and/or relevant certification in training and development is a plus, and familiar with Training Evaluation (Kirkpatrick)
- Possesses good communication skills, both written and spoken, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Good time management, capable of creating and maintain the training planning/scheduling.
- Organized, capable of multitasking and good in administration, such as compiling data, etc.
- Proficient in office software (intermediate or advance excel is a plus)
- High initiative, have a positive attitude, confidence, adaptability, independence and ability to work individually and on a team.
