Job Responsibility 

  1. Managing implementation and operational employee training and development programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, compliance standards, and competency improvement strategies.
  2. Conducts Training Need Analysis (TNA), manage, monitor and supervise all training programs to run smoothly.
  3. Liaise with Line Managers and discuss with all employees to identify and assess training and development needs
  4. Conduct training evaluations and provide appropriate recommendations for all training programs effectiveness
  5. Develop, supervise, monitor and provide report for plan vs actual (hours and participants)
  6. Design, prepare and develop training modules in collaboration with internal or external parties (vendor)
  7. Maintain updated curriculum database and training records
  8. Support in onboarding process (module, schedule and report) to run smoothly
  9. Analyze and provide recommendation to all teams for training and development needs

 

Job Requirements

  1. Minimum bachelor degree in any background (Magister Management in Human Resource is a plus)
  2. Proven experience as a training & development in the Petrochemical, Oil & Gas and or similar industry at least more than 5 years
  3. Certified Trainer and/or relevant certification in training and development is a plus, and familiar with Training Evaluation (Kirkpatrick)
  4. Possesses good communication skills, both written and spoken, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  5. Good time management, capable of creating and maintain the training planning/scheduling.
  6. Organized, capable of multitasking and good in administration, such as compiling data, etc.
  7. Proficient in office software (intermediate or advance excel is a plus)
  8. High initiative, have a positive attitude, confidence, adaptability, independence and ability to work individually and on a team.
