Job Responsibilities

Feedstock Procurement Operations:
- Handling day to day cargo operations activity for spot or term contract, preparing all administrations before loading until completed discharging.
- Check and monitor feedstock shipments, including vessel nomination, scheduling, and tracking from load port to discharge port (ETA, ATD, EOSP) to meet as per schedule.
- Conduct coordination with the related team: Finance team, OS Jetty, Customs team, etc. for preparing all cargo operations & paper works
- Make Purchase Orders (POs) in the SAP system.

Supplier Coordination:
- Conduct coordination with suppliers to manage orders, confirm deliveries, and address any supply issues that may arise
- Inventory Monitoring:
- Assist in tracking and maintaining appropriate levels of feedstock inventory to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Update inventory management systems: stock levels, feedstock usage, and Balance.
- Financial & Contractual Management:
- Conduct Letter of Credit (L/C) processes, including preparation, issuance, amendment, and payment, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and compliance with UCP 600/ISBP standards.
- Process invoices from suppliers, Customs Agents, and other services
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering, Administration Business, Management and Logistics
- Fresh Graduate with max. 2 years of working experiences
- Good knowledge in Export-Import Process
- Good knowledge in SAP Software
- Good in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Detail-oriented and good in analytical thinking and responsibility
- Legal and moral integrity
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
