Legal Manager Korean Expatriate
Job Responsibilities:

Support corporate legal activities, including licensing, compliance, and governance.

Coordinate with internal departments and external legal counsel when necessary.

Assist the Senior Manager Legal in handling corporate legal matters, dispute resolution, and risk management.

Ensure all company activities comply with Indonesian law and corporate policies.

Provide legal interpretation and guidance to management and other functions.
- Liaise with Korean counterparts and translate or interpret legal-related communications as needed.
Job Requirements :

Nationality: Korean (Local Expat based in Indonesia preferred).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s degree is an advantage.

Certification: Must be a certified lawyer.

Experience:
-
Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in corporate legal roles.

Experience as Manager or Assistant Manager level is required.

Strong understanding of Indonesian corporate and labor law.
-
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
-
Proficient in Korean and English (written and spoken).
-
Able to work collaboratively and support business needs within a multicultural environment.
- Willing to be placed at South Jakarta.
