Job Responsibilities
- Perform clerical work in conjunction with the operation of the department by using Ms. Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ensure that all systems and spreadsheets are updated with accurate information
- Assist in preparing and checking sales documents, and ensure accurate input and verification of related transactions in SAP.
Job Requirements
- Min. Diploma Degree (Business Administration/ Office Administration, or relevant major)
- Maximum of 2 years of same experience in a global multinational company, Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Bahasa and English with effective communication skills
- Preferably has experience in SAP and knowledge of Export-Import process (Incoterms 2020, Letter of Credit, etc.)
- Well-organized, responsible, able to work in a team and meet deadlines.
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
