Job Responsibilities

  • Gather all supporting documents related to custemer registration i.e. Know Your Customer (KYC), Business Identification, Tax Registration, etc
  • Process of clearing document for account receivable (AR), letter of credit (LC) charges, customs, Incoming, Aging etc.
  • Check all supporting documents of in-land cost according to proforma invoice issued, i.e. proof of delivery, tax invoice, ad-cost, overdue etc
  • Provide Sales Order, Quotation Order, Proof of Delivery etc.
  • Provide Invoice to customers.
  • Prepare internal approvals and ensure compliace with company procedures (i.e., park doc, bill of receipt, etc).
  • Process bill of receipt for marketing expenses
  • Filing sales contract
  • Check all marketing administration and sales activities comply with HSE regulation and internal safety procedure
  • Provide document standards of regulation, procedure and internal regulation

 

Job Requirement

  • Diploma degree (D3) in Management / Business Administration or other relevant major from reputable university
  • Working experience max. 2 years in petrochemical/plastic Industry or other relevant industry
  • Basic knowledge in Export-Import
  • Basic knowledge in SAP Software
  • Basic knowledge in LC/SKBDN
  • Good in Ms. Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa (written and spoken).
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta
