Polymer Sales & Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Approve sales-rolling forecast in accordance with production schedule
• Control inventory balance to ensure the product availability for ontime delivery
• Determine sales estimation volume and price of the rolling month from sales
• Analyze market to determine the sales strategy by application, including supply/demand trends and other market condition.
• Review analysis report on overall sales performance, including cost, expenses, sales volume, price and profit
• Monitor shipment cost of domestic and export shipment
• Control delivery planning to ensure the on-time delivery by collaborating with auto-warehouse team and sales team
• Control inventory level of each product and adjusting production qty to achieve sales target
• Detemine sales allocation for domestic and export sales
• Monitor and guide the team and each sales person to ensure smooth marketing activities and customer communication.
• Control all marketing and sales activities comply with HSE regulation and internal safety procedure
• Manage document standards of regulation, procedure and internal regulation

Job Requirements

• A Bachelor or Master Degree in Chemical Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or any relevant major from reputable university;
• Have at least 10 years of experiences in Chemical/Petrochemical/Oil & Gas or any relevant company in Sales and Marketing;
• Have experiences in managing teams for several years; 
• Expert in marketing performance and market analysis;
• Owns a good understanding of overall business strategy including market trends and business analytics in chemical, refinery, and any related industries;
• Excellent communication skills in English;
• Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
