General Accounting Manager

Job Decriptions :

1. Oversee daily accounting operations

2. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

3. Answering stakeholders, head quarters and board of directors questions 

4. Lead and manage the team to achieve department target and goals

5. Controlling Open balance Aging and issues (AR, AP, Advance, Suspense, Prepaid etc.)

6. Prepare and analyze financial reports for management review

7. Implement and maintain effective internal controls and procedures

8. Working together with other departments to support overall business objectives

9. Drive process improvements and efficiency in financial operations

Working close to provide data and explanantions for internal and external auditor

Job Requirements :

1. Post graduate or min. bachelor degree majoring accountancy with GPA min. 3,0 (4 scale)

2. 12-13 years working experience from Accounting firm or manufacturing company with min. 3 years in the managerial level roles

3. Familiar with SAP system is advantage

4. Excellent English both oral and written with good communication skills

5. Excellent skills in Microsoft Offices (Excel, Ms. Word and Power Point)
