Job Responsibilities

  1. Prepare application for Expatriate needs, driver, work permit, stay permit, visa, other supporting documents, gasoline, etc. (especially experience handling driver and cars)
  2. Administrative arrangements for employee during work travelling (flights, hotels, meeting rooms, transportation, hotel or apartment agreement, and related arrangements),
  3. Maintaining the office by ensuring office working systems are all operating properly (paper print, stationery needs, etc.) and dealing with issues as they arise in a timely manner,
  4. Petty Cash handling and report,
  5. Interfacing with internal employees regarding general affairs and administrative support functions,
  6. Report daily to superiors, weekly report and monthly report,
  7. Supervising office support.

Job Requirements

  1. Educational Background:
  • Minimum D3 Degree: Typically, in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  1. Skills and Competencies:
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities(using English) to interact effectively with colleagues and external stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in documentation and administrative tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and propose effective solutions quickly.
  • Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Able to speak Korean will be advantage
  1. Technical Proficiency
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office management software and tools.
